This expanding, trendsetting company is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager based in their head office in Overijse (Belgium) to join their growing team and support their worldwide expansion.

 As Supply Chain Manager you are responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the Production Department, Procurement Department, Project Delivery Department, and planning & logistics activities. The role encompasses both strategic and operational tasks aimed at optimizing processes, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring the quality of produced goods and services.

You will be at the heart of transforming ambitious business strategies into actionable plans, collaborating closely with the COO and senior leadership to drive CDM Stravitec’s company-wide vision forward!




  • Lead The Way: translate CDM Stravitec’s overarching business strategy into operational excellence for your departments.
  • Strategize with the Best: Work hand-in-hand with the COO and senior leaders to craft and execute the strategic plan.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements within procurement and the entire operational chain.
  • Leverage Data: Use operational data to inform and support high-level strategic decisions.
  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and oversee operational budgets, ensuring every euro is well spent.
  • Drive Efficiency: Monitor costs and relentlessly pursue efficiency gains without compromising on quality.
  • Report Success: Keep the COO and senior management informed with detailed financial performance and operational KPI’s.
  • Foster a Thriving Team: Ensure employee satisfaction and cultivate a positive, productive work environment.
  • Develop Talent: Coach and mentor your direct reports, helping them achieve their full potential.

  • You have a Master’s degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a supply chain/operations management role in a production environment.
  • You work closely with senior management and can therefore think strategically within an international context.
  • You have proven successful in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships at an international level.
  • You have an analytical mind, and you are skillful at problem-solving.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement, pitch and implement solutions and work tenaciously to deliver results.
  • You are decisive, know how to take action during implementations and build trust to reach outcomes that gain the support & acceptance of others.
  • As an experienced leader and people manager you provide guidance and structure and ensure that your team’s work adds up to more than the sum of its parts.
  • You have a strong ability and willingness to empower and lift others up; collaboration and coaching are key in this role.
  • You respond to sensitive situations in ways that maintain strong working relationships.
  • Comprehensive PC Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Being fluent in English is a must. Any other language is a plus.
